Challenge

Explaining a complex and technical combination of ship management services delivered globally is not easy, particularly when you need to do that in multiple languages. Bibby Group wanted a way of enabling prospective customers to quickly pinpoint the exact information they needed online in their own language in an engaging and effective way.

Solution

The team helped Bibby to categorise services for different vessel types in order to simplify the way that prospects select services they are interested in. The resulting multilingual Virtual Sales Presentation (VSP) includes a built-in content management system containing just under 400 tailored videos. Through a series of menu choices, prospective customers see exactly the information they need in a short tailored presentation.

Results

The VSP enables Bibby to communicate effectively and simply with potential customers around the world. It has significantly enhanced Bibby’s online presence and increased its geographic reach in an extremely cost effective way. The VSP enables the sales team to deliver a consistent localised message resulting in shorter sales cycles and more cost effective customer acquisition.
