Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is old news! It's been around forever but there's still a surprising amount of business people who don't use it. But believe us - it's worth it! Analytics allows you to dig deep into the visitor statistics for your websites and AdWord campaigns. It shows you what search terms people use to get to your site; where your visitors come from; which pages they visit; how long they stay on your site and at what point they leave. You can also use it to analyse the performance of AdWords, email campaigns and other advertising programmes. Google Analytics is free and could help you increase traffic to your site.
